Abour project
Forme Studio is a New York-based luxury interior design and furniture studio working at the intersection of craft, material and space. With a growing reputation built entirely through referral, they came to Glyph Co. ready to formalise their brand and give their visual identity the same level of refinement and intentionality they bring to every piece they create. The project covered a complete brand identity system including wordmark, monogram, typography system, brand guidelines and a full suite of print and digital assets.

The challenge
Luxury interior and furniture brands occupy a very specific visual territory — one where restraint, material and proportion communicate more than any amount of decoration ever could. The challenge was to create an identity for Forme that felt genuinely luxurious without relying on the predictable tropes of luxury branding. No gold, no ornamental flourishes, no obvious signals. Just pure typographic confidence and considered proportion.

The approach
We built the entire Forme identity around the concept of considered restraint. The wordmark was set in a refined, optically corrected serif with custom letter spacing that gave it a sense of weight and permanence. The monogram mark was developed as a geometric abstraction of the initials, functioning as a stamp across print collateral, packaging and product labels. The typography system established a clear hierarchy between display, editorial and functional type — giving the Forme team a toolkit that could flex across every context without losing its integrity.

The outcome
Forme Studio launched their new identity in late 2025 to immediate praise from both clients and peers within the interior design community. The brand has since been applied across their full suite of print collateral, packaging, signage and digital presence with total consistency. Within four months of launch, Forme secured two of their most significant commissions to date and was featured in a leading interior design publication as one of the most exciting emerging studios in New York.
