Overview
We are looking for a Senior Brand Strategist to join Glyph Co. and strengthen the strategic foundation of everything we design and build. You will be responsible for leading brand strategy engagements — from audience research and competitive analysis through to positioning, messaging and creative direction. This is a role for someone who thinks deeply about brands, communicates with clarity and conviction, and understands that great strategy is what separates work that looks good from work that actually works.
Responsibilities
Lead brand strategy engagements from discovery through to creative brief. Conduct audience research, competitive landscape analysis and brand audits. Develop brand positioning, messaging frameworks and tone of voice guidelines. Collaborate closely with the design team to translate strategy into compelling creative direction. Present strategic recommendations to clients with confidence and clarity. Contribute to new business development by helping shape proposals and pitch strategy.
Requirements
5 or more years of experience in brand strategy at an agency or consultancy. A portfolio or case studies demonstrating clear strategic thinking and its impact on brand outcomes. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Experience facilitating workshops and discovery sessions with senior client stakeholders. The ability to distil complex business challenges into clear, actionable creative briefs.
Nice To Have
Experience working alongside design and development teams in an integrated studio environment. Familiarity with digital marketing and growth strategy. Experience in the technology, creative or luxury sectors. An interest in design and a genuine appreciation for craft.
