UI/UX Designer

Overview

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join Glyph Co. and help us design digital experiences that are as intuitive as they are beautiful. You will work across a range of client projects — from brand websites and landing pages to complex digital products — bringing both strategic UX thinking and a high level of visual craft to every brief. This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable thinking about user flows and obsessing over pixel level details.

Responsibilities

Design user interfaces and digital experiences for client projects across web and product. Conduct user research, journey mapping and usability testing where required. Produce wireframes, prototypes and high fidelity designs in Figma. Collaborate with the brand design team to ensure UI work is consistent with established visual identities. Work closely with the development team to ensure designs are built accurately and performantly.

Requirements

3 or more years of experience in UI/UX design. A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills alongside clear UX thinking. Proficiency in Figma including prototyping and component organisation. Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards. Strong attention to detail and a genuine care for the quality of your output.

Nice To Have

Experience designing for Framer or Webflow. Motion design skills. Experience working within established design systems. Knowledge of front end development fundamentals.
