Studio Manager

Overview

We are looking for a Studio Manager to join Glyph Co. and keep the studio running smoothly as we grow. You will be responsible for project coordination, client communication, resource management and the day to day operational health of the studio. This is a role for someone who is highly organised, genuinely collaborative and thrives in a fast moving creative environment. You do not need to be a designer or developer but you do need to understand and respect the work.

Responsibilities

Manage project timelines, deliverables and resource allocation across all active studio projects. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate briefs, feedback rounds and approvals between clients and the creative team. Maintain and improve studio systems, processes and tools. Support the Creative Director with new business administration, proposals and onboarding.

Requirements

3 or more years of experience in a project management or studio management role, ideally within a creative agency or design studio. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Experience with project management tools such as Notion, Linear or Asana. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing detail. A calm, solutions focused approach to problem solving.

Nice To Have

Experience working in a design or web development agency. Familiarity with creative production processes. Experience with client relationship management. An interest in design and a genuine appreciation for creative work.
