Senior Brand Designer

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join the Glyph Co. team and lead visual identity projects for our most ambitious clients. You will be responsible for developing brand systems from strategy through to execution, working closely with the Creative Director and clients to deliver work that is bold, considered and built to last. This is a senior role with real creative ownership and the opportunity to shape the direction of the studio's output.

Responsibilities

Lead brand identity projects from initial concept through to final delivery. Develop comprehensive visual identity systems including logos, typography systems, colour palettes and brand guidelines. Present work confidently to clients and incorporate feedback constructively. Collaborate with the web design and development team to ensure brand systems translate seamlessly into digital environments. Contribute to the studio's creative culture and help raise the standard on everything we produce.

Requirements

5 or more years of experience in brand identity design at an agency or studio. A portfolio that demonstrates strong typographic sensibility, strategic thinking and a high level of craft. Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent communication and presentation skills. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality.

Nice To Have

Experience working with luxury or premium brands. Motion design skills. An interest in or understanding of web design and development. Experience mentoring junior designers.
